At Oakleigh Miniatures it is a honour to be able to offer exquisitely proportioned, pure bred American Miniature Horses.

We are rapidly gaining recognition throughout the world for breeding extremely refined true to type, elegant miniature horses. We breed horses of both Arabian and Thoroughbred type.

Our passion is to breed AMHA horses that posses superb conformation, clean long elegant necks, good bites, a good length of leg and topped with a beautifully exotic head.

We have been very fortunate to have been able to add some of the best AMHA mares and stallions that posses some of the most coveted bloodlines in AMHA to front our breeding program.

Our Foals

Our horses are bred from some of the finest AMHA Mares & Stallions to be found in the AMHA stud book. All our horses posses proven bloodlines that have excelled in the both improving the breed and within the the show ring.

We breed extremely elegant miniature horses that have superb dispositions, confirmation & that all important show ring presence.

We also pride ourselves with being able to breed horses with some of the most beautifully exotic heads to be found in any breeding program.

Occasionally if we decide to retain a horse that we have bred, or if we have bought another horse in to add to our breeding program, we will offer some of our breeding stock for sale. Most of the breeding horses that we sell have proven themselves in the show ring and all have proven to be excellent producers.

You are more than welcome to view our horses, but by appointment only. We are also happy and wiling to give advice on the breed, show preparation, breeding, registrations, feeding or any other topic should you so require.

Please feel assured that we never pressure sell our horses. we don't have to, our horses sell themselves.

You will be one of the first to hear when a new horse becomes available to purchase or when one of our foals are born. We will also send you an email with the details of how we have bred our mares for the following year.
